For dentists, contractors, restaurants, salons and clinics
Your website suddenly shows a browser warning? We fix it.
If customers see “Your connection is not private” or “Deceptive site ahead” when they visit, and you don’t have a web person to call, we handle it for you. Fixed price, plain language, one person from start to finish.
Our goal: most SSL fixes done within 1 business day of getting access.
What your customers see, and what they’ll see after

Who we are
We’re a small team that fixes website security warnings for small businesses. Most of our customers don’t have a web developer, and just want their site working again so customers can book, call or order. We explain what went wrong in plain language and show you what we changed.

Questions
What does the free check look at?
It connects to your site over HTTPS and reads the public certificate: whether it is valid, expired, expiring soon, issued for the right name, or self-signed. It does not scan for malware.
Why pay first?
We keep things simple: once you pay, we get to work on your site right away and you deal with one person from start to finish.
What do you need from me?
For the SSL Fix, usually access to your hosting control panel or a short call where you share your screen. For a cleanup, access to your site files or admin and your hosting account.
How long does it take?
Our goal is to finish most SSL fixes within 1 business day of getting access, and most cleanups within one to three business days. For the Google warning, we submit the review request, but Google decides when it is lifted, so we can’t promise a date.
Can the problem come back?
We set certificates to renew automatically where your host supports it. For hacked sites, we remove what we find and patch the way in that we identify, but no one can honestly promise a site will never be attacked again.
What if you can’t fix it?
